Chardonnay 2010 (RV) Vin de France, Languedoc

Brilliant pale yellow colour. Intense nose with a hint of citrus, then complex with notes of honey and fresh fruit. The palate is fleshy and fresh, boasts an impressively fruity, long-lasting finish. Perfect with white meat, grilled fish and seafood, or simply as an aperitif.

Chablis 2010 (RV)

100% Chardonnay. Golden in colour. Aromas of white fruit such as pear, citrus fruit like pomelo and floral notes of acacia. Very fresh and round mouth with aromas and beautiful minerality; persistent and lightly spicy finish. Perfect as an aperitif or with oysters, seafood, white meats.

Pouilly Fuissé 2009 (RV)

100% Chardonnay. Golden colour with silvery highlights. The nose is characterized by aromas of citrus fruits (tangerine) as well as by lovely minerality and subtle floral notes. Soft yet fresh on the palate. Well-integrated acidity subtly underpins flavours of toasted almond and citrus zest.

Sancerre 2008 (RV) Loire Valley

100% Sauvignon Blanc. Pale gold in colour. Floral, mineral nose with slight hints of blackcurrant buds, mint and mandarin. Lively attack for a wine typical of its varietal with floral notes and a touch of lime. Perfect with fish and many spicy exotic dishes, or with sweet-savoury cooking.

Merlot 2011 (RV) Vin de France, Languedoc

Ruby-red in colour. The bouquet combines black and red fruit with notes of liquorice and wood. The palate is open and balanced in the attack with notes of liquorice and strawberry, and a well-rounded finish with hints of jam. Perfect with red meat, poultry and pizzas.
